Typical Problems Solved

My approach takes into account the larger picture and intangible qualities that are often assumed or ignored in deciding what direction will bring about the best results. Working through the logic and context of desired outcomes, and understanding how this information will be utilized is part of the life cycle of your organization and specific programs (beginning, growing, sustaining, and revitalizing). Systematic analysis of open-endedsurvey questions, for example, can reveal tendencies that are more grounded than an anecdote. I also encourage collaboration among all stakeholders (including the client and the community), building on what works, and producing useful deliverables that provide the feedback necessaryfor accountability, improvement, capacity building, and sustainability.
